Celestial Overseer — Opticum's Tormentor
Every faction leader is assigned a Celestor — a cosmic overseer from a higher plane. Opticum's Celestor is Goontessa, and she absolutely hates his guts. She's philosophically opposed to Pro-Goon ideology and torments Opticum at every turn, from rerouting asteroids to sending bureaucratic paperwork at the worst moments. Despite this, she's saved his life more than once — because 'I'm the only one allowed to destroy him.'
